Good Job I deal with Tom when I go to get my car serviced. He. is honest and tells me the real time frame for my service. He has been spot on every time. I trust my service rep I try to work exclusively with Tom as my service rep. I have grown to trust his expertise; and that I won't be encouraged to accept services not need I try to work exclusively with Tom as my service rep. I have grown to trust his expertise; and that I won't be encouraged to accept services not needed at the time. He takes the time to answer all my questions, review my warranty, and help me plan for future services. There have never been any surprises. I will remain a customer as long as Tom is my service rep, even though there is another Honda dealership much closer to my home. More
