Great Service As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told him that the air wasn't working consistently, but that my husband didn't really have time to be without a vehicle. He said he would do whatever he could to make sure we had a car (fast service, free rental, etc). We brought it in the next day as the air wasn't working again. Tom called to let us know that it wasn't going to be a cheap fix, that we were looking at $1100. He said he had given us every discount possible since we had just been in and spent over $1500 on the car. Tom serviced it quickly and even though we didn't like the price, he did everything he could to make it cheaper for us. We greatly appreciated his dedication. More

Replacement of rear calipers Tom Urbina and arrowhead Honda service are awesome! I have been a long time customer that left for a few years thinking I could get a better deal with Tom Urbina and arrowhead Honda service are awesome! I have been a long time customer that left for a few years thinking I could get a better deal with other mechanics shops and have recently returned and arrowhead Honda service has made me realize just what I was missing! Their technicians get the job done right the first time. They know my car better than I do (which is saying something). When you tell them something isn’t right, they believe you and dig in to find it and fix it. So refreshing from the doubt cast from other mechanics because they don’t know how to recognize when little things are wrong that will lead to bigger problems. Tom Urbina takes care of my car like it’s his own, and I really appreciate that. He gives me options on good, better, and best repair strategies. I’m a believer now, and will never service a Honda anywhere else but Arrowhead Honda, especially for a high mileage Honda like my Hondas are. Thanks so much for being a skilled and honest repair facility for high-quality Honda vehicles. More

Great Customer Service I purchased my 2005 Honda CRV-EX new at Arrowhead Honda, and have always had it serviced by them. My daily commute is 64 miles to and from work, and I I purchased my 2005 Honda CRV-EX new at Arrowhead Honda, and have always had it serviced by them. My daily commute is 64 miles to and from work, and I now have over 235,000 miles on it. Tom is always very helpful, and treats his customers right. More
