We have taken our Sonata to the Dealer for every service that the vehicle has had. and will continue to do so for the life of it. The only problem we have had lately is that appointments are not easily made that the vehicle has had. and will continue to do so for the life of it. 7 weeks to replace a battery. 4 weeks in they said they had confirmed Interstate had the battery, 3 more weeks go by with no battery. Put in a ticket with Genesis, and 3 days late 4 weeks in they said they had confirmed Interstate had the battery, 3 more weeks go by with no battery. Put in a ticket with Genesis, and 3 days later I had a battery. Driver who brought my car back got lost, and was an hour late, in turn making me late for a meeting. More
