They are all sweet until they print your out the door price. Then they will insult your intelligence in writing. Price 10,000 over invoice. Not willing to come close to MSRP. Poor Customer Service. It is the third time I lease or purchase a car, we couldn’t get a good deal on the car we wanted so we decided to buy our lease, when that happened they changed completely, the Fina purchase a car, we couldn’t get a good deal on the car we wanted so we decided to buy our lease, when that happened they changed completely, the Financial Juan Carlos sent all the papers to sign with our sales person and never explained any of the papers I was signing. Poor customer service. It is sad to know how you treat your loyal customers when you don’t give you a new deal. Never going back. Tommy the sales person it is not prepared enough to sale a car and couldn’t answer some specifications about the Crosstrek. We used to love to go there when Barry Levine was there. More
