Air leaking in rear tire. Called Tom Burkart on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday. Ordered New tire and installed on Wednesday. Excellent Had a problem with my battery and Tom Burkett took care of my issue without having an appointment I do have one negative remark not related to Tom whe Had a problem with my battery and Tom Burkett took care of my issue without having an appointment I do have one negative remark not related to Tom when you call service dept and leave a message I have not once received a call back this is the 2nd time this has happene. Excellent experience by the Service Department. From the moment I drove in the service dpt, I was greeted by all personnel w/a helpful attitude.
