I have visited the dealership on several occasions and was not happy with the Tom Burkart is the only reason I have my service done at Crown Hyundai. I have visited the dealership on several occasions and was not happy with the inexperienced advisor I was assigned to. I had given up until my complaints were heard and I was assigned to Tom. Kind, patient, understanding and most of all gets the job done right in a timely manner. I'm sure there may be others who are great, but I haven't had the pleasure until I met Tom. Job well done every time you take care of me. More

The key to an excellent experience is your service advisor It is with pleasure that I am writing this review of Tomm Burkart. He was far superior to my former adviser, Ryan. My experience with Ryan in the pas It is with pleasure that I am writing this review of Tomm Burkart. He was far superior to my former adviser, Ryan. My experience with Ryan in the past had been that he never answered the phone when I called him and in spite of leaving a message with my name and phone number he never called me back. I came into Crown with a dead battery that I had to jump to get to the dealership. When I called the day before to get an appointment I was told that they were booked for the day that I was able to come in but that a dead battery was considered an emergency and I didn't need an appointment. So when I got there when I came inside to talk with an adviser I found myself at Ryan's cubicle. When I told him what my problem was and that I was going to wait for my car, he told me that it would be two to three hours. I told him that I really didn't want to work with him and he sent me to Tomm who told me that he had heard what Ryan had told me and that it would be just an hour. Sure enough I was paying my bill and getting in my car in an hour instead of two or three. Tomm will be my new service adviser as long as I have this car and he hopefully continues to work there. More

How is this allowed?.....Chris Sanborn, Service Manager, and GR Tarr, General Manager. It's simple, grow a back bone, set goals and expectations, and hold people accountable. The Service Department is the reason that I will not be staying with Crown Hyundai. In the meantime, the Service Department has a silver lining, named Tomm Burkart. Tomm is professional, respectable, courteous, keeps me informed, and more importantly, is conscious of my time. Tomm sets realistic expectations, and can provide me with accurate status and details to my repair. Tomm is a subject matter expert in his field. Tomm provides legendary customer service, consistently, every time. I am grateful for Tomm, ask for him every time, and will continue to do so. More
