Tomm took care of our car and never forgot that we were the people being services as well as our car. Normal auto service brings above normal satisfaction I currently own a 2015 Azera and a 2013 Sonata. I brought them both in for their regular oil, tire maintenace to my service writer, Tomm Burkart, and, I currently own a 2015 Azera and a 2013 Sonata. I brought them both in for their regular oil, tire maintenace to my service writer, Tomm Burkart, and, again, experienced above expected service to detail! Tomm always exceeds expectations and is the reason I have always brought my cars back to Crown Hyundai for their required maintenance. He also pointed out three maintenance recall issues that he also had them address. Tomm brings great credit to their maintenace department and makes my appointments much more pleasurable. More

Superior Service I was hearing a terrible clunking sound in the front end of my Santa Fe and was scheduled to drive home to NJ in just a few days. I went to Crown Hyun I was hearing a terrible clunking sound in the front end of my Santa Fe and was scheduled to drive home to NJ in just a few days. I went to Crown Hyundai and met with one of the service team members, Tom Burkart. Upon realizing my tight schedule, he could not have been more accommodating. He got my SUV repair into his busy schedule and made sure it was repaired in a very timely manor. He kept me up to date on the progress of my repair, dealt with the warranty company and was extremely professional. He had empathy for my situation and it showed in all that he did. And when the repair was completed, I was treated to a freshly washed vehicle. Tom and Crown Hyundai are the best!!! More
