To make a 5 hour visit short, I ended up leasing a 2015 Toyota Camry the day before my birthday. The biggest thing I would change is the length of time spent there after decision was made. Mr. Lee was very patient and always with a smile. The after care was unexpected, but nice to see you're not forgotten once they have your car and your money. More

First off let me start by saying that I never write reviews on anything... but after my experience with lugoff toyota I felt it would be a shame to ke First off let me start by saying that I never write reviews on anything... but after my experience with lugoff toyota I felt it would be a shame to keep it to myself... over the past 2 months or so my family and I have been looking high and low for the perfect vehicle to suit our needs.. I spoke with with a salesman at lugoff toyota by the name of Tommy Lee I told him what I was looking for and he instantly started searching for vehicles that fit my price and expectations.. unfortunately the one vehicle I showed interest in sold before I could get my hands on it. Tommy Lee told me he would keep an eye out for another vehicle and that he most definitely did.. over the next several weeks Tommy Lee would periodically send me pictures and detailed information on vehicles that would work for my needs.. finally he stuck gold and I was able to purchase the perfect vehicle.. Now let me share my experience with the financing and purchasing of my truck.. this was no easy task being that i had 2 young children with me while sitting in a dealership with dozens of other people.. this is where tommy and the staff at lugoff toyota really hit a home run..not only did they get us in and out extremely fast they even kept my kids occupied while my wife and I filled out all the paperwork... NOW IF THAT'S NOT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS!! All in all this was the best experience with any dealer I've ever had... I will definitely be a returning customer.. and for Tommy Lee there is no comparison for the level of customer service you provided for my family and I and I can't say thank you enough for taking the time to remove all the stress that comes with buying a vehicle.. It was a real pleasure doing business with yall.. More

Tommy Lee was great to work with, as was Ralph Harper. I love my (almost) new Toyota Corolla! The finance staff was also great, even when my bank gave them issues and was slow getting the check to them. I should mention, Tommy even went out of his way to help me return the rental car I was driving. I definitely look forward to doing business with Lugoff Toyota in the future, and would gladly recomment them to friends and family. Couldn't be happier! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning to make a day of it. I started out in Augusta then made my way to Columbia. Needless to say, I did not find what I was looking for. Some of the salesmen I encountered were nice people but a few were very unprofessional and down right rude. Then, I finally made it to Lugoff Toyota, which was my last stop on an already long day. I arrived about 45 minutes before they were to close. Tommy Lee was the salesman who greeted me and within a few minutes I new this was going to be a great experience. The used car I went to look at was not what I was needing so Tommy asked if he could try to get me in a new model of the one I was wanting. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes because 4 other dealerships could not get me in a new one within my payment terms. With the help of Cody DeBruhl, these guys hit it out of the park. Not only did they get me in the car with the monthly payment I requested but they were also very personable, pleasant and most importantly, respectful to me as a customer. This goes a long way in my book and a lot of other dealers need to take notes from Tommy Lee and the guys at Lugoff Toyota. They also stayed well after closing hours to get me in the car I wanted. This is how customer service should be. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If only I would have started at Lugoff Toyota, I would not have wasted the entire day at those other dealerships. More

This, despite working through the late hour of the day, not wrapping up until after 10 p.m.. Both my wife and I have been satisfied Toyota owners for the last 14 years and look forward to extending our positive relationship for the life of these new vehicles. More
