Tommy followed up quickly and since I did all my homework, I was just looking for a fair price for the new Corolla Hatchback. I told him what I was looking for and what other dealers already quote me and we came to a fair price. Put down the deposit over the phone and came in a couple of days later to sign off the paperwork. More dealers need to stop asking you to come in just to negotiate a price and waste your time. Because Tommy was straight forward and willing to give me a good price and not waste my time, he’ll always have my business from now on. More

Not bec It is my absolute pleasure to write this review of one of the most satisfying car shopping experiences my husband and I have ever encountered. Not because it was “easy” but because it was handled by a sales associate named Tommy Win who genuinely cared about ensuring we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the payments we could afford. He never once pressured us no matter how long we took to decide. Instead, he continued to ask probing questions to guide us which is exactly what earned my trust. Week after week, Tommy sent me a list of trucks that fit my specifications and we’d work out the figures until I finally decided on what I felt comfortable with. At that point, I had Tommy draw up the papers so that my time in the office would be minimal. I literally spent 15 minutes in the office and it was done! This type of integrity, service and excellence is so rare these days. In an industry rife with sales people who care only about the bottom line, I am so fortunate to have met this young man and I truly hope that more people get to experience his services.
