Excellent Customer Service ! I live in Reno,NV and found a new 2019 Toyota 4-Runner on Findlay Toyota’s website. I filled out the Internet inquiry on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020 and r I live in Reno,NV and found a new 2019 Toyota 4-Runner on Findlay Toyota’s website. I filled out the Internet inquiry on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020 and received a phone call from Tommy Win a short time later. Since I live an 8 hour drive away I asked a lot of questions about this one vehicle. Tommy took a video of the vehicle and sent it to me via E-mail. He also sent me all the information to make an informed decision. He followed up with a phone call later that evening and answered a ton of additional questions and gave me a very fair offer on my 2017 Toyota Highlander as a trade for the new 4runner. My husband & I had all the information to make the trip to from Reno, NV to Las Vegas, NV. Thank you Tommy! You have amazing customer service skills.
