Tony Alicea went the extra mile to solve a problem that I was having with my key fob, replacing and testing the battery twice. Unfortunately, within an hour, the fob failed to work both times. Vehicle completed its 15K service. Battery replaced due to short drives, advisor recommended to drive the vehicle once a week on the highway to allow the alternator to charge the battery. In addition they showed me that there are mice in the engine are due to acorns broken on the engine areas, Advised to put strips of fabric softener sheets in the engine cover areas. More
