We had been looking for a car for months and had visited many There are not enough stars to express the quality of service that was provided to us. We had been looking for a car for months and had visited many car dealerships. Everywhere we went, it was the same thing: we were just another number. When my wife and I came to Castle, we were greeted by Tony. He made sure from the moment we walked in, we were taken care of as if his own family came in. He did not have the vehicle we wanted, but he took the time to listen to us and then went above and beyond to find what we were looking for, at the price we wanted. The price we talked about was the price we got, not a cent more. Great customer service, devoted time and effort to make sure we looked no further. Tony should be the example for many other car sales men out there. Thanks, Tony! More

Worried & concerned After buying a car for our 17 year old Grandson, 5 days later had a check engine light, called & talked to Mark who reassured me that they would take After buying a car for our 17 year old Grandson, 5 days later had a check engine light, called & talked to Mark who reassured me that they would take care of it & if there was an issue with the engine or trans they would get us another car, Brought the car in & was told they didn’t have a fog machine to make sure everything was ok & was told they would call me at the end of the week & still haven’t heard back, can’t believe my issue wasn’t taken care of after they had the car for 5 hours....Also Tony told me that they would put a big red bow on the car so when we brought my Grandson in acting like we were looking for a car he would see his birthday present, he said he didn’t have a bow....Then told me they would include car mats which Tony said he would go to Walmart to buy, took a week and a half cause he kept telling me he didn’t have a chance to go get them, then when he finally got them, I went in only to get used ones that he said came out of a 2015 vehicle,very disappointed, hopefully I will get a call back from service department to recheck why we had an error (service engine light did go off in its own???) More

Only to be highly disappointed in the customer service provided by the rude finance manager, I believe David was a tad upset that we didn’t allow him to finance our purchase, when we brought the check to David he wasn’t interested in assisting us only pushing us off to the next guy although he was the only familiar face at the time. He mentioned how we should’ve given him the opportunity to beat our rate and overused the word “Whatever”. More
