Am now on my 5th Honda - went from Accords to CRVs...I have all my service handled there - I wouldn't think of entrusting my car to anyone else. My salesman, Patrick Yezukevicz, is like a brother to me...I trust him. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles and explains the workings of them to a customer so they can understand what he is saying... no fancy words; no malarky. Patrick has a wonderful sense of humor that calms any stress of purchasing a new automobile. And, Conrad, the Business Manager is very congenial and patient. He was very helpful explaining the features that the new CRV offered. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I made Peter aware that I was shopping and looking at several different cars options. Hyannis Honda made a very competitive offer, but also allowed me to keep shopping to compare other dealers. I was very happy to come back the next day after finishing my search and the same competitive offer was on the table. The paperwork and transition into my new car was easy, and fast.
