This dealership is not close to my home but I come here whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They alwa whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They always get to work quickly and allow me to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time when I am waiting. The price is always fair and the workmanship what I would expect. The waiting area is the best I have seen at any of the Infiniti dealers in the area. It is comfortable, convenient, and there are snacks and beverages available to help make the wait more pleasant. Anybody anywhere nearby should try them out like I did and they will probably go back again, just like me. More

Every visit has been a pleasure. Service is very timely and staff provides details of everything done. Went in for post sales installation of accessories and a software update that the car indicated it needed. Some of the accessories were fitted however the dealership had received the wrong mud guards for m software update that the car indicated it needed. Some of the accessories were fitted however the dealership had received the wrong mud guards for my vehicle so I will need to visit again when correct product is delivered. Everything else was fine...loaner car available, software update completed and my car was cleaned. Thanks Infiniti of Clarendon Hills! More

Everyone was nice and helpful from the girl on the phone when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. I brought the car in on Friday for a Saturday appointment, because I had use of another car for the weekend. I never received a call Saturday, so I called late afternoon and no work had been done. This delayed my pick-up until Monday, so I had to take an extra trip back to the suburbs from Chicago. More

I had a problem with the seat for the co-driver. I contacted the initial person Joe Calabrese seeking the help, he forwarded the email to Tony Bonifazi. The service is great, and the people also helped me to remove some trace on the surface, I cannot notice them now. Lance Groff answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. I recommend this dealership. More
