I do NOT recommend Porsche of Orland Park. I got some dirt on the leather seat of my Porsche. The service rep recommended that I use Dawn and then Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The Dawn product d I got some dirt on the leather seat of my Porsche. The service rep recommended that I use Dawn and then Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The Dawn product did not help. But the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser took off dye from the seat. Incompetent people work at Porsche of Orland Park. More

I worked with Mike to build my beautiful 2022 Porsche Macan and my experience was great! Mike answered all of my questions. He took time to explain things I didn’t understand, gave great suggestions, and Macan and my experience was great! Mike answered all of my questions. He took time to explain things I didn’t understand, gave great suggestions, and quickly replied to text I would send whenever I had questions about my vehicle. Porsche Orland Park team was great. I needed the car recall repairs done while car was in for repair at the body shop. They took the initiative and performed the repairs. Unfortunately I had a really poor experience at this dealership yesterday. I was told that my car with only 25,700 miles, would basically need a complete overhaul of the engine at the cost of $8200. Wit dealership yesterday. I was told that my car with only 25,700 miles, would basically need a complete overhaul of the engine at the cost of $8200. Without any rational for how or why this could occur in a car with so few miles, their representative was like oh well it’s not covered anymore because it past four year warranty. I’m questioning the fuel pump recall that they performed on my car in April of 2020. After waiting while their technicians attended a class in Germany on how to perform this recall I waited for months to get my recall taken care of. Where the fuel pump mounts to the timing case cover a gasket provides the tight seal to stop oil from leaking. I do have faith that repair was done properly. Lastly, they apparently tested my battery and it was marked as bad on my check list form but I was not notified of this while speaking with the representative. My car was washed and then left out in the snow. Upon arriving to pick up my car there was an inch of snow and ice on my vehicle. I’ve owned many cars over my lifetime and I’ve never had an oil leak even at 100,000 miles so to have one now in a car such as a Porsche without any explanation is completely unacceptable. I would like Porsche to stand behind its vehicles. My husband and I thought we were purchasing a quality product that would last 20 plus years. More
