When it comes to simple oil changes, they are fine. But if it’s something bigger and especially if it’s something that should be covered under warranty, they will simply stop replying to your emails. It’s been 30+ days and neither of the two people I’ve tried to contact have yet to reply. If they can’t even take 2 minutes to reply to an email, then I have no confidence they actually fix what’s wrong with my vehicle. More
