Negotiating the price and terms you want can feel a bit stressful, especially during this time with all the corona virus spread. Tony and Steve made this experience feel like I was in the right place. Before giving my business to Lou Fusz Toyota, I went to a different Toyota dealership where I did not feel there was much consideration for preventing the spread of corona virus. Lou Fusz was a completely different experience as I noticed employees wearing masks and sanitizing consistently. Thanks for caring and great service! More

Great customer service and buying experience! I tried getting a car with other Toyota dealers in Illinois, but kept getting the runaround. I went on CarGurus and found my car, called the dealership that had it, and they put me in touch with Tony (Anthony) Giacalone. Tony was very courteous and professional. He provided us a tour of the vehicle, went on the test drive with us, and very customer oriented. I plan on buying from Lou Fusz in the future. Great buying experience.
