Along with his teamsters Dave, Will, Brandon. and the rest of Chevy guys, I finally got to own the right SUV (Trail Blazer 2023) for me -- super cool-looking and very efficient. Tony Castle was very rude and could not even look me in the eyes and treated me as if I was nobody. He even walked away when I was speaking and asking a question. I came in requesting information on a car the eyes and treated me as if I was nobody. He even walked away when I was speaking and asking a question. I came in requesting information on a car sale and he could not even have the time to explain the process, or the dealers offer. I utilized Boniface Hiers service department on both of my Chevy vehicles for 7 years. From this experience I will never utilize them for anything going forward. More

Wonderful experience! Brian Gregory was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. They were patient and so wonderful with our kids, making sure that they didn’t take too much time to g knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. They were patient and so wonderful with our kids, making sure that they didn’t take too much time to get the deal done! Brian in finance made sure that he was ready to rock when we walked into his office and very thorough with the explanation of all the paperwork, but very cognoscente of allowing one to wrangle kids and one to sign at a time.
