Their salespeople are easy to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when selecting the right car like Tony C. Yaj. Tony was our salesperson and he made car shopping a breeze! He listened to what we wanted and ensure we got that. We also financed our car with Toyota and Phil Lo was our finance manager. He explained everything thoroughly with us and when we did have a question, we brought it to his attention and he was more than happy to answer- even explain in depth! Ian Johnson, most importantly, who is the sales manager was also great! He checked up on us often and made sure we were satisfied with the deal for our brand new vehicle and all other. Again, it’s the friendliness and its service from everyone there that keeps us going back. Even the staff who checks you in when you bring your car for a maintence check is friendly! Great people! The Sales Person was Tony Chan, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very friendly, informative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Anthony Smith, the Finance person was exceptional. Made all the paperwork very easy to understand, answered all my questions clearly and treated me like a valued customer, even though it is the first vehicle I have purchased there. One thing that struck me was the absolute friendliness of the entire staff. I talked to several personnel while waiting and wandering and was greeted by everyone I came into contact with and was treated like an old friend. Exceptional people, exceptional Dealership. The Cashier and Service personnel were enjoyably friendly and it made me feel like they were glad I was there. More
