We contacted the dealership through cars.com and they responded immediately confirming that the Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock. They called and texted me. The vehicle was there waiting for us. Negotiations with Tony went smoothly and we got a fair deal on our trade in. Lisa hooked us up with a bumper to bumper extended warranty that will last the entire length of our loan. We cannot say enough nice things about Tony and Lisa! More

A great experience On October 12, 2019, my son and I went to Elkins to purchase a pick up truck. This is the second time we have had dealings with Elkins. The first time, we were impressed by the Customer Service and ease of the transaction and this time was no different. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to deal with. Our Sales Consultant, Tony Dillard, is a pleasure. He is very personable and will answer any and all questions. The same can be said for the New Car Sales Manager, Bob Borman, who also has a great sense of humor.The gentleman in Finance, Mike, Is also very approachable and will answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Elkis Cheverlot to any one looking for a vehicle.. If your vehicle needs service, do not hesitate to call Elkins. Last summer we stopped by to look at used vehicles and ended up purchasing a 2015 Silverado that afternoon. We loved how they treated us and we ended up going there the following Spring to purchase a used Toyota Corolla for our son’s first car. A few months later, in July we decided to come back and ended up leasing a new Equinox for me.
