EXTREMELY SATISFIED I was searching Car Gurus looking for a specific SUV when I came across it at Elkins Chevrolet. My husband made a call to see if it was available and I was searching Car Gurus looking for a specific SUV when I came across it at Elkins Chevrolet. My husband made a call to see if it was available and they confirmed it was. So off we went to the dealership. We were met by Tony Dillard when we arrived and he took us to see the used SUV I had been searching for. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was to be mine. There were a couple of scratches/dings on the front and Tony assured me they would take care of it...just like that! The next thing I knew I was signing papers and the SUV was mine. I couldn't believe how smooth and seamless it was and it didn't take hours to do. Between Tony Dillard and Bob Borman they could not do enough for us. In fact I had to bring my car back and leave it for the repairs to be done. I never asked if a loaner would be provided and they assumed I didn't need one. Well low and behold all loaner vehicles were being used. But they would not have me inconvenienced for even a moment. They quickly called Enterprise to get me a rental, they drove me over to pick it up and when I came to pick up my vehicle they returned the rental for me. I also want to acknowledge Michael (IT) who explained to me how things worked in my vehicle. He even gave me his card and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. Who does that??? Well Elkins does, I would recommend this dealership to everyone especially female customers. They will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. I was assigned to Tony Dillard, who was attentive to my wants and needs from the start. We perused inventory online before selecting several CPO vehicles to test drive. Tony was the consummate professional in every way - patient, polite, and provided honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward answers to my questions. (I did prior research.) No pressure or games like I experienced elsewhere. Adam Elkins worked with me to negotiate the final price without any last-minute add-ons. Michael Bergholtz explained several options available to me without the usual high pressure tactics...even after I declined them. This dealership first earned my trust, and then earned my business by giving me a great price on a 'gently used' Chevy Equinox. Elkins Chevrolet made the process quick, painless, and transparent. Dealerships should take a page out of the Elkins Chevrolet playbook. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or CPO vehicle. First class all the way!!!! More
