I was very impressed with all the Luther Fargo staff. The person we interacted with the most was Dale. Dale was the perfect sales person. I knew he wanted the sale, but I also knew he wanted me to find a vehicle I wanted and liked—-not a vibe I got from a competing dealership. My week started out terribly with an accident that totaled my vehicle. It ended great thanks to Dale and his team. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle before, and I would purchase one again from Dale in a heartbeat. The chocolates from a local sweet shop when I picked up my car was unexpected but a great touch. More

My experience with the Service shop was excellent. I arrived at 8:00 without an appointment and a bad oil leak. Even though they were short staffed and scheduled full they were able to take a look right arrived at 8:00 without an appointment and a bad oil leak. Later on, during the process of buying a different vehicle they worked that vehicle in and took care of an airbag recall. Richard was great to work with and a good fit personality wise for my 81 year old Dad who was part of the new purchase. My one complaint was how things were handled between the Ford lot and GMC side. The Suburban I purchased was actually on the Ford Lot. Richard walked over and requested the vehicle so I could drive it. Later when I had questions about why the vehicle was being sold “as is” and wanted to know the findings of their service report, they were not forthcoming with any information. However, a manager on GMC intervened and had their service side look it over completely. I guess the “Luther Family” is like any other family and has its own drama and squabbles. Thank you for my second buying experience with GMC. It always works out. 😉 More

Awesome people to work with I would not want to go anywhere else. I got new tires with my vehicle within three weeks I ran over a nail and PAUL told me to bring it in and he would get it taken care of anywhere else.
