Very friendly, no pressure environment. Kept us informed of the process. Lisa was excellent! Had the truck warmed up for us (very cold day). Very Happy With Purchase Experience I recently purchased a used vehicle at Luther and it was my first experience ever with Luther Buick GMC and I was very pleased with the experience. I initiated my inquiry using an app and was promptly responded to. Nathan quickly connected me with Nevin when I was able to schedule a test drive, I came by that evening and again the next day to complete the purchase. Everyone was very courteous and respectful, I think pricing was fair for both parties, and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to. I would recommend Luther to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the Fargo area! More
