They treat you well, but don't expect to get out quickly Free water, juice, donuts, wifi, tv, computer. All very nice. But plan on being there a good while. I was told I'd be "in and out". I hunted down my rep and was told they're finishing up, 10 more minutes. Half an hour later I found him again. "They're bringing it around, 10 more minutes." 25 minutes later he finds me and says the was a hiccup. They ended up not even being able to finish the job. More

Nissan vehicle service I needed service on my Titan, (oil change) and being that it was a used truck I purchased from them, they were inspecting it and asked me about my bra I needed service on my Titan, (oil change) and being that it was a used truck I purchased from them, they were inspecting it and asked me about my brakes. I said the pedal seems very soft, and they showed me the fluid and it was brownish in color. They recommended a flush and refill with new fluid. In doing so my brake pedal is much better and tighter, not sluggish. They did the service pretty quick, but the best part I feel like I was treated like a family member. My salesmen Josh Leathers recognized me and asked if everything was good. I like that. It seems personalized. He even contacted us on congratulations on our 1 year of leasing a nissan rogue and asked if everything was good. More

Major Issue - Great Response On Tuesday 11/13, a few of the dashboard check symbols came on including-ABS brakes, check ignition system. Car surged in idle. it was about 5:45 pm On Tuesday 11/13, a few of the dashboard check symbols came on including-ABS brakes, check ignition system. Car surged in idle. it was about 5:45 pm and I called service and spoke with Tony Figueroa who said if I can drive the car to the service drop-off, they will look at it first thing in am. Although I had to UBER it home to Boca Raton ($50.00) I considered my self lucky, avoiding to wait for a tow.Wednesday Morning Dennis McGee my Service Advisor said,that the the ABS Actuator was at fault and a new one was order for replacement for Thursday 11/.15. Wednesday am 11/14 I took UBER to my office from Boca Raton to my Coral Springs office ($25.00) on UBER ($25.00) in the afternoon to pick up a loaner that Denny arranged for. On Thursday 11/15 I waited to hear from Denny as to when the car might be ready. Late Thursday afternoon, I drove the loaner back to to Weston and gratefully retrived my car. I really appreciated the manner in which Denny arranged and processed the problem. More
