They treat you well, but don't expect to get out quickly Free water, juice, donuts, wifi, tv, computer. All very nice. But plan on being there a good while. I was told I'd be "in and out". I hunted down my rep and was told they're finishing up, 10 more minutes. Half an hour later I found him again. "They're bringing it around, 10 more minutes." 25 minutes later he finds me and says the was a hiccup. They ended up not even being able to finish the job. More

Nissan vehicle service I needed service on my Titan, (oil change) and being that it was a used truck I purchased from them, they were inspecting it and asked me about my bra I needed service on my Titan, (oil change) and being that it was a used truck I purchased from them, they were inspecting it and asked me about my brakes. I said the pedal seems very soft, and they showed me the fluid and it was brownish in color. They recommended a flush and refill with new fluid. In doing so my brake pedal is much better and tighter, not sluggish. They did the service pretty quick, but the best part I feel like I was treated like a family member. My salesmen Josh Leathers recognized me and asked if everything was good. I like that. It seems personalized. He even contacted us on congratulations on our 1 year of leasing a nissan rogue and asked if everything was good. More
