Best & Fastest car buying experience ever This was the best and fastest car buying experience every. It took a few email exchanges with Joey Edwards, Internet Sales on a Friday afternoon even This was the best and fastest car buying experience every. It took a few email exchanges with Joey Edwards, Internet Sales on a Friday afternoon evening to agree on a price and pick up time the next day. The car i selected was still on the truck when Joey went to find it. He was able to get the windows tinted and door guards in place by noon on Saturday when I showed up to pickup the car. The best part was from the time I entered the Subaru of Grapevine dealership till I drove off was less than an hour. My wife and I met with Joey who had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. Then he sent us off to test drive the car while the Finance person got freeded up. So my wife and i spent a little over 20 minutes driving around Grapevine. When we got back, we spent about five minutes talking with Tony H. till Finance was free. In Finance in Freddy V., we ended up spending more time waiting for our check to get approved then we did in signing paper work. Once they approved us, Joey again thanks us for our time and presented us with our new owners manual and walked us out to our new car. Since then we've had followup emails from Tony, Joey and the Service Dept. Like I said in the beginning of this review, fastest and easiest car buying experience ever. My wife and I talked about returning here for our next Subaru, even though we're relocating to North Carolina. More

Pleasant Buying Experience I worked with Sean and initially reached out out of curiosity. Decided to go in to check out their stock and liked the offers they had. Nabbed a gorge I worked with Sean and initially reached out out of curiosity. Decided to go in to check out their stock and liked the offers they had. Nabbed a gorgeous Impreza for my wife. Love my Outback from Sean, Tony, Freddy and Dee!!! I was recommended to this dealership by a friend. Actually drove by two other Subaru dealerships to get to Grapevine - worth the trip!! First met the GM - Tony is great - promised amazing service and handed me off to Sean who is awesome - knows his Subarus!! Did finance with Freddy who was also very good at his job - and fun to work with! Then came back a few days later to meet with Dee who was set up to demo all the very cool tech features of my new Subaru Outback. So, in a few words - love the car and great dealership with whom to do business! More
