The best auto service I have ever had. I have had four Nissan and all are and have been serviced at Bommarito . I have never had an issue with a failure on any vehicle in all these years.. Tony gave A+ Service I called Bommarito two days ago about some recent issues with my fiancé's vehicle that I was hoping to have looked at sooner than later. Tony made it I called Bommarito two days ago about some recent issues with my fiancé's vehicle that I was hoping to have looked at sooner than later. Tony made it easy and said we could drop the car off that same evening and he would have a rental waiting for us. When dropping the car off, he was friendly and upfront about possible costs and the estimated time to have the car serviced. The next day he called (ahead of the original time estimate) to say the car was ready and gave a thorough explanation of the problems found/work done. This is definitely the most honest, personalized service care I have received at a car dealership, especially one so big where customers can often feel like they are just a number. Tony was friendly, professional, and honest, and made this entire last-minute car service a seamless breeze. Thanks, Tony! More

Why won't Nissan stand behind their product? We purchased a new Altima from Bommarito in 2014. Had to take it to shop 4 days later for oil leak. This was fixed. (They had never had that problem We purchased a new Altima from Bommarito in 2014. Had to take it to shop 4 days later for oil leak. This was fixed. (They had never had that problem before supposedly). Also from the start the radio, navigation unit would go blank and then come back on. Usually for 15 to 20 seconds but a few time for 30 minutes. We finally had enough of this after a year and took it to Bommarito. They installed a update. Didn't work. Took it back. Installed another update. Didn't work. Took it back. This time they didn't really believe us because Nissan execs said it should be fixed. They said we needed to video the problem (Not easy or safe to do while your driving since the radio goes blank randomly) managed to get a few videos. Then they said the videos were not long enough. Also the passenger air bag sometimes shows that is is disengaged while a person is sitting in the passenger seat. We have video of this also. Bommarito told us that we were sitting in the seat incorrectly. Give me a break!! This car is still under warranty and we cannot get Bommarito or Nissan to even look at the car. We have finally had enough and are looking for a different car. Definitely NOT A NISSAN and nothing from Bommarito either. They are so impersonal after the sale is made Stay away from them!!! More

The service department has always provided efficient and quality repair work. As a customer service manger, Tony Johnson has been exceptional in his communications with us, and is always very professional and courteous. In addition, we've been working with Chris Colesworthy in test driving and narrowing down potential options for our next new car. Even though it's still an ongoing process, Chris is always helpful whenever we're wanting to test drive a vehicle, communicates very well, and has provided us with access to different vehicle makes at other Bommarito locations. And if Chris doesn't know the answer to one of our questions, he tells us so, and takes the time to do the research and get us an accurate answer! All in all, we've had a great experience with various aspects of the Bommarito Nissan dealership over the years!! More

I was most satisfied with Mike Hahn and Steve Cosesworthy and asked them to sell me another Maxima as a replacement. Again, they helped with gathering information to send to the Insurance Company to make sure they had all the information they needed to calculate a settelment for me. I could not have done without them. After the settelment was approved Mike selected a 2014 Maxima for me. I will recommend this team and this dealership to my family and friends. Tony Petti More

Fantastic buying experience! I bought a new Nissan Leaf from Jessica McCann. I've been to at least seven dealerships in the last three months and none of them were able to give m I bought a new Nissan Leaf from Jessica McCann. I've been to at least seven dealerships in the last three months and none of them were able to give me the deal for the Leaf and for my trade in that I got from Bommarito Nissan. I had very frustrating experience with another Nissan dealer in the area and came here the next morning as soon as the dealership had opened. Jessica sold me the car within the first 5 minutes, but she didn't know it yet. The entire process was very easy and straightforward. I didn't get any of the usual "what do we need to do to get you into this car" garbage. I got firm (and good) numbers on both the Leaf and on my trade in. There were a couple of very minor issues with the car and they took care of them for me. They even gave me a loaner car so I could run errands, which I wouldn't have expected for a quick fix. When I'm ready to buy my next car, Jessica will be the first person I call! Thanks again! More
