I met Matt in 2006, after purchasing my first Nissan as he was in the service dept. That was the beginning of a life long friendship. Matt has always been kind, respectful and honest in his dealings. I later purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox but realized there is only one Matt in this world. I am please to say that when it was time to get rid of the Chevy, I had one dealership in mind and that was Bommarito. Matt is the epitome of what customer service is and we love him. The Rogue purchase in 2013. My wife and I were thinking about buying a new Rogue. It was a cold rainy day in April 2013. We were going to drive through the lot not intending to g My wife and I were thinking about buying a new Rogue. It was a cold rainy day in April 2013. We were going to drive through the lot not intending to get put. We did see a car we liked so we got out to our car. Chris Colesworthy came up to us and asked if he could help us. It was near closing time on a Saturday and it was raining hard. My wife asked if he had a red car with a moon roof in stock. He had us come inside and said he would bring the car inside the service entrance so we could see the car inside. He went to the rear of the lot in the heavy rain and got a car. We looked over the car in the garage and my wife really liked it. Due to the time of day and the weather we chose not to test drive the car. We came back Monday morning and drove the car. My wife loved it. Chris was very polite and courteous, he was a pleasure to deal with. I showed Chris an add from another dealer and he was able to beat their price. We bought the car and drove it home that same day. The entire buying experience was enjoyable, no high pressure or tricks. More
