I recently purchased a WRX and have to say that this was the best buying experience I have ever had in my 30 years of purchasing/leasing cars. I live in New Jersey but bought my car at Concordville Subaru due to the amazing response and support, which started with Mary Thompson who took my initial call. As your dealership is 90 minutes away, Mary took the time to understand all of my needs (via phone) and identified the perfect car for me. She then introduced me to Greg Gilley to take care of the pricing and ensure all of my needs were being addressed. Greg went totally above and beyond to ensure that my car was delivered on time and even gave me his cell phone number so that I could call or text him any time with questions. I took delivery on 6/27, and even though Greg was away on vacation, he and Mary ensured I would be taken care of upon my arrival. They introduced me to Tony Juarez-Centeno who was a total professional, had an upbeat personality, very polite and totally client-focused. The car was waiting for me, detailed perfectly and ready for delivery exactly when promised. Tony took the time to walk us through all of the features and address any questions my family or I had. I also had an excellent experience with the Finance Director, Tim Raysor, who was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and provided valuable guidance when going through financing options and selecting additional coverages, such as an extended warranty plan. Tim made the whole process enjoyable. Overall, unlike my experiences with several dealers near where I live, where there was no room for negotiation or care for the customer, dealing with the team at Concordville Subaru was a sheer pleasure and I wholeheartedly recommend buying or leasing a car from them. I plan to recommend them to everyone I know. Please keep up the great work and don’t change a thing! More
