Awful and useless. Sent us home twice without fixing our car issues when we stated multiple times the vehicle stops suddenly in the middle of the road. The service man Tony just said “we checked codes and couldn’t find anything, it runs perfectly” when clearly it does not and the reason why we had to bring it back to the shop immediately after the first appointment. No compassion, no customer service, no updates unless we had to text first, no apology, no attempt to even find the root of the issue. Will not be coming back or ever pick a Chevy ever again. 0/10 DISGUSTING More
