I brought my truck on to get the tork fixed and it took about three weeks for the appointment and per your website you have loaner cars well when my husband inquired about it he was told you did not do tha about three weeks for the appointment and per your website you have loaner cars well when my husband inquired about it he was told you did not do that anymore I start work at 5:00 am and this is the only vehicle we have so he inquired about a rental and was told they didn't have enough on their lots so I had to borrow a friend's car for two days. when he picked up the car he was told it was washed and vacuumed. there was still dirt in the seats and on the floors the car was only went over with a hose. there were spots all over the inside of my window it looked like someone shook their hand and like an oil substance was all over the passenger side plus grease was on both door panels I had to scrape the stuff off the window because it was hard and clean the grease off the panels before they stained. I have been getting my vehicles service for over 20 years there and we have purchased about three or four vehicles from you. The work was done great I have no complaints. but the condition the vehicle was return in is why I am upset. More

The person allotted me a time of one hour to sync a new fob/key. So I made an appointment knowing to wait an hour. When we got there we met with a Tony ( service advisor) who was NOT friendly. Never sai fob/key. So I made an appointment knowing to wait an hour. When we got there we met with a Tony ( service advisor) who was NOT friendly. Never said hi, thank you etc. He told me someone gave me the wrong information; it would take 2 hours to sync a FOB/key. We were there and decided to wait. Never heard 2 hours to set up a FOB and key which there parts department had waiting for me. More

I will no longer be a customer of Ferman . You cannot damage someone’s vehicle and take an entire day to do a small repair when you told them and hour and a half . MY 16 month old blazer stranded my wife.
