When I initially came in, I dealt with Ray, who made the negotiating process hassle free. When I came in to pick up my car, Ray was off. He set it up so Evan would take care of all the paperwork for me. Evan was great and made sure everything was ready and had us in and out. We like this dealership because they run a top class dealership. We feel they don't play that game "Let's make a deal", they give you the best price they can and if you want to walk they let you. We have leased many cars and Circle Infinity is by far the best experience we have had. I brought my best friend here to buy a car as well. DJ Johnson is very knowledgeable and gets you through the process very quickly. Tony Marino is the fairest price negotiator we have ever come across. He handles it all in a classy way, not like your typical car sales people. There was no additional pressure to take this plan or that plan, they were honest and forthright. Marcus Bowles showed us how to operate the car. He touched on everything and was very helpful. He also helped me last year on my vehicle. I was able to call him with questions and he answered even more when I picked up the license plates. Everyone goes out of there way. They also offer refreshments and delicious cookies!! More

My intention was just to look at the 2014 cars & compare to other brands available before making a decision. D.J. was the salesman that greeted us upon our arrival. He is a very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable about the many components that go into making a car. DJ patiently listened to my concerns, requests and type of driver I am on the road. He helped guide me in the right direction as to what model would suit my needs with out being pushy! I respect that quality in a salesman. I felt so comfortable with DJ, I decided to buy an Infinity on the spot. DJ went above & beyond in finding the color & choice of my car that same day. Amazing!! I also had contact with Sherry Horelick, Marcus Bowles and Tony Marino. Each member of the Infinity staff worked with me & my husband to make sure we knew exactly what was available to us as Infinity owners and were very gracious. 3rd Infiniti from Circle is definitely the charm this is my third infiniti from circle and I could not be more satisfied. I was very impressed with dj's knowledge about not only the infinitis but also the competition such as bmw or audi. sherry horelick was very pleasant and helpful, just like the last two times we worked together. she recommended some very reasonable insurance coverage for my rims and tires which I really appreciated. I am still grateful to tony marino for the great deal he gave me on my wife's jx35 and he did not let me down this time either. it was a pleasure to go over my final paperwork with brian Conway again. his wife also drives the jx and we shared our experiences about the trips we had each taken in them. marcus bowles was extremely helpful explaining all my new cars features and it was clear he is well versed in all the lataest technology. looks like my dream team at circle infiniti provided me with another fantastic buying experience . Great experience! I called the dealership this morning in regards to getting out of my lease early. I spoke to DJ and he told me to come in to go over my options. After a not-so-great experience with my previous lease which I got in Florida, I was a bit nervous to go in by myself. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating and I felt at ease right off the bat, DJ was extremely helpful and got me into a newer, better model with lower payments than my previous rate. They also took care of my remaining payments and I was able to drive off the lot without putting anything down within a few hours. I am very happy with my new car and would highly recommend DJ and the team over at Circle Infiniti to anyone. More

Although the Q70 is in short supply Circle Infiniti was able to locate one in the color we wanted with the package we wanted. The pleasant experience continued when we went to pick up our new car. Marcus Bowles did a great job of explaining the techno stuff - everything from nav system to phone sync, key settings, etc. Sherry Horelick explained the various warranty options extremely well. Brian Conway whisked us through the financials. Lastly, thanks to Tony Marino for passing on a great price via DJ Johnson. Thanks DJ and team for a great car and a hassle free experience. I knew my next purchase would be a coupe and really wanted to do business with Circle. For one, this is a place that I had worked in the past, so the process was a little bit more laid back then normal, as John and I were coworkers at one point, and are friends outside of work. I have known Tony since I was a kid, so I was very comfortable with the process. From working there I knew that the service department was excellent and always busy, which is always a good thing to see in any business. I had an unfortunate situation arise with some damage on my car while parked at a store by my home, Ann was prompt on helping me out and showing me amazing service, I hope she doesn't go anywhere as I plan to coordinate all of my Infiniti service with her and hope to have a outstanding relationship with the dealership as this lease will most likely be the first of many. I want to say thanks to John, Tony, and Brian for putting up with me, and thanks to Ann. Ed, don't make any changes in your New Car Department, definitely top notch!. More
