I'm not a big fan of this company because of previous experiences..I would never purchase another vehicle from Williamson Cadillac.. I had problems with my current vehicle and do have an extended warrant experiences..I would never purchase another vehicle from Williamson Cadillac.. I had problems with my current vehicle and do have an extended warranty program, the only reason for returning to this dealer. If it was coming out of my pocket, I would never consider Williamson. ..The only positive note with this visit, after requesting another service writer, Tony Martinez is a pro and handled my problem as such..Definitely stay away from Skip Moosang..This guy did nothing but cause me problems..And, I found out the tech first installed the wrong part and had to replace it with the right part. More

Tony Martinez was griffin awesome. He treated me like his own brother and kept me updated with Ernesto at the helm of the repairs needed. I presented with an emergency that turned into an expensive his own brother and kept me updated with Ernesto at the helm of the repairs needed. I presented with an emergency that turned into an expensive and time consuming project that kept getting worse from the damages discovered but these two guys made it look simple. They showed me the bad parts and presented options in easy to understand methods that an eighth grader could comprehend. I had a wonderful experience at your dealership all around and was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. I have dealt with service departments for 50 years and never had such a great experience.
