I am deeply concerned to hear about the situation with your engine. To have been a loyal customer since 2016 and now find yourself in this position is heartbreaking, especially as a single mother relying on your vehicle every day. It is distressing that a diagnostic and oil change in December would lead to a total engine failure by February. I want to personally investigate the service records from your December 9th visit and understand exactly what occurred during that diagnostic.
