Had them do a diagnostics everything came back clear that was December 9 by the second week in February my engine was blown with no oil in it. They will take no accountability and now I’m out of car as a single mother.

I have reached out, and came up to the service center multiple times for the service department to just continue any wrongdoing or take any accountability any accountability here I sit over a month later with no vehicle again. Very sad being that I had no issues with my car until I brought it there and within two months my car had no oil and the engine is blown and you want me to pay $8k

Sexysweet.31, thank you for the feedback—and I’m glad to hear you found our team nice and helpful. You also asked a fair question: a tire rotation is not just spinning the tire. We physically remove the wheels/tires and move them to different positions on the vehicle (front-to-rear and/or cross-rotation depending on the tire type and drivetrain), then torque the lug nuts to spec and reset any service indicators as needed.
I’m also sorry about the inconvenience with the glass arriving broken and then the clips/grips being removed—that’s not the experience we want for you. If you share the date of your visit (or your RO number) we’ll review the notes and make sure everything is handled correctly this time, with clear communication before your vehicle is returned.

Mark Foster was rude and basically threw his hands up giving up on me for a simple matter. Making me feel like it’s my problem that I bought rims from another supplier. I’ve stayed up to date on all of my routine maintenance so how is this just NOW an issue and not before? I bought the car in 2023. Super disappointed and upset that I spent that much money on routine maintenance and my car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Not to mention it was during the holidays so I didn’t have time to get back there to get it fixed. Here I am almost a month later and still having the same issue because the service team doesn’t know how to put back on hub rings! Save yourself the trouble and go to a dealer who cares about their clients.
