I walked in with my pre-approval in hand so things went pretty smoothly. I understand it’s their job to try to upsell things like warranty but I didn’t appreciate when they bumped the interest rate. I was very pleased with my experience with Greg May Honda. Tony Ramirez is really nice he was able to find me the car I wanted. I actually bought my last car there and Tony was my salesman then.
