The service was great but when I got home I noticed the fin on my antenna was missing so when I came in to get it fixed they told me it would cost 450 dollars and this is not even a week of me getting my v fin on my antenna was missing so when I came in to get it fixed they told me it would cost 450 dollars and this is not even a week of me getting my vehicle so I would like to get this done asap, I just don't understand why it won't be fixed for free since I got the vehicle in this condition. More

Great Car Buying Experience I recently bought a 2020 Kona which I absolutely love. I had a 2016 Elantra and loved it, but with all the miles I put on the car due to my son's che I recently bought a 2020 Kona which I absolutely love. I had a 2016 Elantra and loved it, but with all the miles I put on the car due to my son's chemo treatments, it was time to upgrade to a newer car. Tony Roach contacted me and talked to me about my options. What I really appreciated about Tony was he was not pushy. He listened to me and what I wanted and listened to my timeline of when I wanted to start the process of getting another car. The key importance to me is: He listened. He waited until I was ready. He did a lot of the legwork over the phone, so when it was time for me to come in, I wasn't sitting in the showroom for hours. From the several conversations over the phone we had, Tony knew exactly what I wanted. When I showed up, he had a 2020 Kona waiting for me to test drive it. It was the style and color I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car at Lithia Hyundai. Brian Ogg was great as well. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was quick and easy. They both did an awesome job practicing social distancing and making sure it was a safe environment to come to. I have always been so happy with the service at Lithia.
