Michael was very helpful during my car’s week+ stay at the service dept. He listened to my concerns, spoke to me respectfully, and was willing to advocate to management to help me get my car fully fixed. the service dept. He listened to my concerns, spoke to me respectfully, and was willing to advocate to management to help me get my car fully fixed. I appreciate his advocacy for my car and for the safety of my family. He has reminded me of why I enjoy and continue to be a jeep customer. My conversation with Bob on the other hand was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bob spoke over me when I was attempting to address concerns about my car, he was very rude and even refused to let me finish my sentence at one point. I asked him if he would let me finish my sentence and he said that he would not because whatever I was saying didn’t matter. He said it wasn’t going to change his mind. I have never been treated more disrespectfully as a customer. More

Oil change service was great. When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find no lights not working. I told him I wanted it checked out and repaired. When my car was finished I was told there was no problems and no codes. He told me that they could not work on it as all the techs were booked. I would have to make an appointment and they were booked out for a couple weeks. I don’t live in the area. Not good!!! More
