I purchased a new VW Jetta through Tony. Everything went smoothly until the pick-up. Earlier in the day, I sent Tony my insurance and drivers license as requested and let him know that I'd b Everything went smoothly until the pick-up. Earlier in the day, I sent Tony my insurance and drivers license as requested and let him know that I'd be by after work to pick up. When I arrived, no one knew that I was picking up the car and nothing in my file had been updated. I had to wait while the team on staff could find my car. I was told that Tony had left early for vacation and overheard the team comment to each other that it was "another Tony issue." They also needed a copy of my driver's license and my insurance card again - because it was never uploaded to my file. Finally I met with Finance to turn over the check. They completed their paperwork and accepted the check from my bank (and validated the amount owed against the check). I walked out with my keys to my car and to my surprise the car had no floormats at all. When I had test drove the car, there were mats in the trunk - but they were nowhere in sight. I almost walked back in and cancelled the deal, but Will from the team went and searched and search for mats and brought me a new set. He single-handedly saved Suntrup's sale. Fast forward a couple weeks and I get a call from the Finance team that the check (the one they themselves had verified) was incorrect and I owed additional money. Their suggestion was to go back to my bank and re-do the loan - that was already paid out to Suntrup and which Suntrup had already cashed the check. I probably could have done that had it not been literally weeks since the loan was done and they had cashed the check. The New Car Sales Manager was out to lunch with a Sales Rep and I was given the Used Car Sales Manager. He was nice enough, but no real help and said he would talk to the New Car Sales Manager when he returned from lunch. No surprises, the New Car Sales Manager didn't return from lunch and couldn't be bothered to return my call himself to account for the failings of every department under him. Instead, I was the Used Car Sales Manager who could offer nothing but a free tank of gas for my "inconvenience." Even more jarring was finding that the sticker price (which has been taken out of every car on their lot) in my glovebox and that it was lower than I paid. Moral of the story: Suntrup has poor customer service, poor follow through, poor management, poor Finance representatives, and poor procedures. Bommarito has the same cars for the same price and I'd recommend going to them. More

Our salesman Tony was amazing to work with however, when we got to finances Guy was very aggressive and honestly rude. During the process of signing the paperwork he became condescending when we were going we got to finances Guy was very aggressive and honestly rude. During the process of signing the paperwork he became condescending when we were going over if we wanted extended warranty or not. Then when we noticed the total price of the car was higher than we were originally told we asked about it and he said "im not the sales guy you'll have to ask them". So we asked to speak to Tony again and Guy said "why? what's your problem". We explained the numbers weren't what we were told originally and he "called" someone then leaned back in his chair and said "look this is the total cost, I asked I don't know what you're confused about". Honestly I would have walked away from the car because Guy was so rude but my husband wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I will not buy another car from here because of him. Tony was great but we probably won't work with this dealer again. I'll stick with Bommarito like I have with all my cars and I'll recommend everyone else skips them too. More

The dealerships lot was small, the overflow lot was far away and the cars were parked in mud and gravel. My wife ruined her shoes. The finance person was pushy and rude. Our visit was bright and early on a Saturday morning so we expected it to be busy. Luckily we got there early and we also knew exactly what we wanted. But even if we hadn’t, the experience would’ve been wo we expected it to be busy. Luckily we got there early and we also knew exactly what we wanted. But even if we hadn’t, the experience would’ve been worth any wait. Tony was phenomenal, no pressure to buy just genuine care that we got what we were looking for. AJ in the financial department took care of the back end paperwork with ease. Start to end was smooth and efficient and the entire staff was great to work with! More

I love the physical look of my vehicle BUT unfortunately I’ve been to the service shop at least 4 times about the warning ⚠️ error reading on the sensors which is still NOT fixed.. to now be in a lock down I’ve been to the service shop at least 4 times about the warning ⚠️ error reading on the sensors which is still NOT fixed.. to now be in a lock down 26,000 dollars vehicle and have to look at yellow lights constantly on my dash is NOT good I’m not happy at all.. now when I test drove it the light was on BUT my sales person told me it was the tire pressure and it will go off in a couple of days.. PLEASE HELP ME 😳 More
