Mandal would be great if they could stick to their appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. They even pulled 2 vehicles around my c appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. It is used, which I have brought used many times before and never had problems with a vehicle as I have with this one. It started running hot a week after purchase date. I’ve already had to have the thermostat changed and now it is in the shop because when the AC is on it still runs hot. Mandal said they had this vehicle 58 days. I feel that this problem should’ve been fixed. It shows poor maintenance on Mandal. Even though Mandal has great people working for them. I have had enough frustration from this purchase with Mandal that I won’t be using them again. I understand that used vehicles have problems, but this quick after purchasing is very disappointing.
