Mandal would be great if they could stick to their appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. It is used, which I have brought used many times before and never had problems with a vehicle as I have with this one. It started running hot a week after purchase date. I’ve already had to have the thermostat changed and now it is in the shop because when the AC is on it still runs hot. Mandal said they had this vehicle 58 days. I feel that this problem should’ve been fixed. It shows poor maintenance on Mandal. Even though Mandal has great people working for them. I have had enough frustration from this purchase with Mandal that I won’t be using them again. I understand that used vehicles have problems, but this quick after purchasing is very disappointing. This is my 4th GMC truck. Annettte was the most knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever come across. It was the internet ad that drew me to the dealership, but it was Annette tha Annettte was the most knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever come across. My test drive was not only enjoyable, but Annette was the smooth talking commentator of the trucks features riding with me. I sensed no hard sale, no anxiousness, no pressure to buy, but full of knowledge and information that allowed me to make an informed decision without regret. I’ll be back within the next few months to to buy my wife a Terrain from Annette. In my 35 years of auto buying, this was the best experience I ever had. Patrick with a smile was a great negotiator.He negotiated my trade in good faith and gave me the numbers in good faith. Tony was a very nice and didn’t try to force warranties. He put all the numbers/ options before me. Actually my intention was to buy a warranty outside of the dealership. But after I talked to Tony about his wife’s experiences with car warranty damages and the cost of replacing windows & HT electronics I bought 2 out of the 3 warranties offered. And he was ok with that and didn’t try to force it. More
