My experience at Ken Ganley Ford in Norton was great. He made sure I was familiar with the new technology included in my van and assisted setting up my Ford Pass account. Sam and Tony were great to work with. From the test drive to the final sale, there was no pressure. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. They removed some scuffs from the bumper and it was if they weren’t even there! The dealership also offered an extended warranty for the vehicle. I would recommend Ken Ganley Ford in Norton for both sales and service. More

The experience was great with Ken Ganley! Tony my salesman was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I called in to see about a car available from the ford website. It was sold but he found m Tony my salesman was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I called in to see about a car available from the ford website. It was sold but he found me a perfect vehicle in less then 5 minutes and marked it for me. I had to come from out of state due to my job and They were so kind to hold the vehicle for me until I could make it. It was a seamless transaction. The paperwork was smooth and my vehicle was ready to go! My flight got delayed but they still worked with my schedule to make sure I could get my truck. I highly recommend this dealership, salesman and ford location. 10/10, 5/5, 5 stars! More
