We came in for an oil change and were so disappointed with the dealership that we ended up trading our completely serviced, newly detailed, three year old 4Runner for the most heavily loaded new 4Runner with the dealership that we ended up trading our completely serviced, newly detailed, three year old 4Runner for the most heavily loaded new 4Runner on the lot. Bryan Perez is quite thorough, professional, and proficient. I hope you have him mentoring new sales people and you should really bump up what ever commission rate he is at. Recently, I encountered a situation that I had never experienced w Toyota. It was a conversation with a service call. I decided not to engage and take it up with my Tech. She advise me not to worry sh experienced w Toyota. It was a conversation with a service call. I decided not to engage and take it up with my Tech. She advise me not to worry she would handle it. Also, discussed it with my offspring, who now happens to be employed there. She too said she would discuss w her superiors. Needless to say, I've been in business w 2 dealerships f over 20 years one in NY and Phillps, it's where I continue to do business. I am a satisfied customer. So much so, that I suggested my offspring should work there. More
