We walked on the lot looking to learn more about a Cadillac Escalade, and a few days later, we owned one! From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house which is about an hour away. Work was completed as promised in a timely fashion and everyone was a joy to work with. Top notch keep up the great customer service. More
