I bought s Shelby GT 500 there 3 weeks ago, bought the tire warranty, got a screw through the sidewall, drove 47 miles to the dealership only to find out Ford didn’t have a tire anywhere. Am I mad at the dealership “No”, but I am darn mad at Ford. You shouldn’t sell the car if you can’t get parts for it. Unbelievable!!! More

Best experience I have encountered at any dealership, ever. My sales representative Alan treated me like a Star from the initial call to the time I walked out the door.
