Carlito wasn’t pushy, nor trying pressure me into adding more options than necessary. He was also patient. Made sure I understood everything I was signing. The dealership itself was nice and clean. There was a nice pleasant scent throughout the building. They offered complimentary refreshments and coffee. The staff were friendly. It was definitely worth driving an hour to go to Vera dealership. I have purchased two cars from Vera in the past and have had good experiences each time. Yesterday, I went to look at a car for a friend of mine who lives too far away to see it for himself.
