I've always had positive experiences and the service itself was great. My only beef with this particular appointment was that I scheduled online for a 5:30 service but get a call that afternoon that I n itself was great. My only beef with this particular appointment was that I scheduled online for a 5:30 service but get a call that afternoon that I need to be there no later than 5 or else they couldn't perform the service. Ok - why can I schedule then? So I cancel meetings to get there a few minutes before 5 and the advisor asks if I am dropping off, because they close at 6 and can't do the service tonight. Excuse me!? They ended up doing the oil change after I showed her the text messages from earlier that day, and my car was in and out in under 30-minutes (fastest oil change ever from your facility - I'm sure because they wanted to go home on a Friday, which is understandable and appreciated on my end, too)! While it was great to be done so fast, if the work could have been performed that quickly, why couldn't I have kept my original appointment?! More
