My initial contact was through the chat option, from there not 20 minutes later Tracy called me to get my needs info, within 1-2 hours later Alejandro called me from sales. He had one Silverado 3500 in stock and we all but did this deal on the phone. From start 8:00am until finish and delivery of the truck 3:00pm I was extremely impressed with attention to my needs. Alejandro listened and knew exactly what was going to be needed to make this deal happen. From start to finish, not the experience I was expecting as I have purchased 8 trucks over the years for personal use, this was one of only 2 times over the years I felt like I mattered and is the only time I felt I was listened to and understood what it was going to take to make this deal work for me.I hope the service Dept can live up to the sales dept, I dare say if so this will not be the last vehicle I will purchase through Ferman Chevrolet. Companies do not stay in business for 125 years by having dissatisfied customers, although mistakes can and will be made, it’s how you handle them that matters, they obviously know how to treat their customers in all situations.
