Both Layla (sales) and Tracy (finance) were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful and friendly during a stressful time for me. Layla first reached out to me after I made an online inquiry. She had the car that I was interested in purchasing pulled up to the door with the air conditioning running when I arrived for my appointment. Tracy made the financing part of the experience the best I have ever encountered. I returned after the purchase of my new-to-me car about a week later, and I interacted with many people, including Layla and Tracy again. Everyone was happy to answer my questions. I am quite pleased with my purchase and being a part of Tucson Subaru now. More

We bought our Subaru CrossTrek while on the road driving between Washington and Arizona. We made an inquiry from Tucson Subaru's website and Estevan promptly got in touch with us. He answered all our ques between Washington and Arizona. We made an inquiry from Tucson Subaru's website and Estevan promptly got in touch with us. He answered all our questions, made a personal video, gave us numbers, and completed our negotiation including a trade-in all while driving across country. On the day of pickup, we had not even seen the CrossTrek, but Estevan had it all ready for us, including most of the paperwork. We did a test drive, checked out our trade-in and that was it! It was an amazing way to buy a car from our perspective, and Estevan went above-and-beyond to make it happen! More
