I went to two dealerships prior to going to Tucson Subaru and felt a little rushed and discouraged by the process. John Petersavage was my first point of contact- friendly, helpful, and straight to the point- he set me up with Jennifer Duran for my first appointment with Tucson Subaru. Jennifer was beyond impressive. She was kind, patient, and informational, and walked me around the entire lot to ensure I was making a decision I was happy with. John and Jennifer both walked me through much of the process, chatted with me, and made me feel at home. After I had made a decision, when I went to do finances and pick up the car, Jennifer showed me how to work everything in the car, while Traci in finance gave me a few laughs and walked me through that process. I can without a doubt say everyone involved went above and beyond for me. I know I can call to ask them questions or for anything else I need and they would help me with a smile on their face. He is a rock star and the main reason I made my purchase. Traci Roberts was also highly competent. All staff that I came into contact with seemed to be genuinely friendly and helpful. One small negative item: It appears the engine cover is missing (perhaps they forgot to reinstall it after cleaning the engine?), and I will follow up about that. More
