I set up my appointment with Rudy after he had called me with a great opportunity to turn in my 2013 Legacy for a new 2016 Legacy. Rudy did a great job going over all of the extra features this new Legacy had and the test drive was joy. Real smooth ride! He laid out my options, we worked out the terms and I am happy with the outcome. Once again I ended up with Traci in Finance and once again, it was a great experience. We breezed through the paperwork, she laid out my warranty programs, I chose the best one for me, and was able to get out in time to coach soccer that evening! Great job guys! More

I asked if I could trade in my 2013 Outback I h I went into Subaru Tucson in March of 2015. I saw their advertisement that they were taking trade-ins. I asked if I could trade in my 2013 Outback I had a high payment on, and could I possibly save money on something smaller? I was losing my job and desperate to cut down expenses as much as possible. Gil was great and worked with me and not only saved me $80.00 a month, but put me in a NEW lease 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek which I love! I walked out that same day with my new car. Gil and his dealership was great to talk to and completely sympathetic to my problem. I loved the old Outback and this new one is great. In fact I am always telling people (many ask) how good it is. The finance dept was also wonderful and gave me some cost saving advice as well. Traci was a great help. More

I wasn't ready to purchase initially, but CJ stayed in touch without being pushy or irritating. After intense internet research on several different vehicles, I decided that the Outback Limited looked like the best car for my needs. CJ took my husband and I on a test drive that was designed to showcase all of the many features of the Outback Limited. CJ was extremely knowledgable about the Outback and was able to answer all our questions. When we decided to buy, he immediately offered the Edmunds discounted price and quickly secured a better price for our trade in than what was initially presented. Overall an easy and pleasant purchase experience. More
